Manufactured from Low Friction HDPE Material
Installation does not require tools of any kind
Interchangeable inserts reduce cost and redundancy in your fleet
Works with all brands of electric chain hoists and chain motors
Fits perfectly on 10mm chain with no inserts installed

MTN CS INSERTS

Available in 3 sizes to accomodate chain sizes ranging from 9/16" to 1 3/8"
Inserts can be removed or swapped for a different size quickly and without the use of tools
Color coding makes keeping inserts organized simple, even if differnet sized inserts get mixed together during loadout
Smooth interior surface allows chain to slide through easily without causing friction or abrasion on the inserts

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

INSERT ASSEMBLY

Start with insert at a 45º angle to the body (as shown in image
Place the insert tab into the opening of the channel lock
Rotate the insert 45º into locked position
Repeat the previous steps for the other half of the chain slider

BODY ASSEMBLY

Line up (2) body segments so that the connection tabs are on the same side and the inner male tabs are above the inner slots (as shown)
Slide halves together until flush
To disassemble: Pull apart in the direction indicated by the arrows etched into the body of the chain slider
